The software
LOWKI OS is a Windows desktop application that runs locally on your PC. You bring your own API key(s) for the AI providers it uses (Google Gemini, and optionally Anthropic Claude / OpenAI). We don't operate the AI models themselves — your usage of them is subject to that provider's own terms.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you're under the age required by your country's data protection law to consent on your own, a parent or guardian needs to accept these terms on your behalf.
Your responsibility for what LOWKI OS does
LOWKI OS can act on your PC — clicking, typing, opening apps, sending messages, managing files — always with a permission check before anything risky. You're responsible for reviewing what it's about to do before approving it, and for how you configure its permissions.
Not professional advice
Anything LOWKI OS tells you — including output from specialist agents like the financial or marketing assistant — is informational, not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Don't treat it as a substitute for a licensed professional, and don't expect it to guarantee any outcome.
Licenses & subscriptions
The Standard tier is a one-time purchase for a perpetual license to that tier's features. Pro, Developer, Agents and Agency are recurring subscriptions, billed on the cycle shown at checkout, and cancellable at any time from your account — cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
Cancellations & refunds
All purchases are final — the one-time Standard license and every subscription payment are non-refundable, including partial periods. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancelling stops future billing, it doesn't refund what's already been paid. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases, which you'll be asked to expressly waive at checkout in exchange for getting access immediately — where that right hasn't been waived, it still applies.
No warranty, early access
LOWKI OS is early-access software, provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and features described here may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LOWKI OS — including anything an automated action does on your PC that you approved. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Acceptable use
Don't use LOWKI OS to do anything illegal, to harass or impersonate others, or to compromise systems you don't have permission to access. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service for accounts that violate this.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we operate from, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page as the product, billing, and account system mature. Material changes will be called out clearly, not buried.
