Privacy Policy

The short version
LOWKI OS runs on your PC, not in a data centre we operate. We don't have servers that see your voice, your screen, your files, or your conversations. Your data goes straight from your PC to the AI provider you bring your own key for (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI) — never through us.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your conversations with LOWKI OS, your screen contents, your files, your microphone or webcam input, or the contents of any messages LOWKI OS sends on your behalf. None of that passes through anything we run.
What your account stores
Your account stores your display name, email, and subscription status — the minimum needed to identify you and apply the right plan. Device sync (on plans that include it) stores which devices are linked, not what you did on them.
Your API keys
Any API key you paste into LOWKI OS (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI) is encrypted on your own machine and used only to talk to that provider directly from your PC. We never see it, store it elsewhere, or transmit it anywhere except the provider it belongs to.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses cookie-free, anonymized analytics to understand traffic — no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no ads. You can decline it entirely from the banner shown on your first visit. The LOWKI OS application itself sets no cookies and does no analytics of any kind.
Your rights
If data-protection law applies to you (including GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export the data your account holds, or object to how it's used. Reach out on the contact page and we'll act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Children's privacy
LOWKI OS isn't directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we'll remove it.
Third parties
LOWKI OS talks directly to the AI providers you configure. Their own privacy policies govern what happens to data you send them — we'd encourage you to read Google's, Anthropic's, or OpenAI's policies for the provider you choose.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever what we collect changes, and call out material changes clearly rather than burying them.
